Is there a big city world that actually functions?

Has anybody created a big city type world which actually works and doesn`t suffer severe lag or any other big city problems? It goes without saying I meant big city world without any non EA custom con...

This is a good question. I'm hoping the city in Late Night won't lag. I'm worried that it will. Maybe they'll find a way to keep big cities from lagging, and that can benefit CaW.
