Is there a way to make energy decay stop permanently?

For those not averse to using mods, there is a way to arrange this for all vampires, select ones, or just the one you are playing using NRaas StoryProgression. But not sure why that would feel any different from using a built-in cheat or the equivalent.

@McTosh is referring to an option in NRaas Relativity. But that will affect the rate of energy decay for all sims in the game at once, not just your vampire.

There is a LTR that influences their energy bar (Meditative Trance Sleep). Not as drastically as steel bladder (which stops decaying entirely), but comparable to the one for hygiene and hunger (Hardly Hungry). The decay goes much slower.

There is also tea from the Old Mill store set. Unlike coffee and energy drinks, it actually replenishes the energy motive. But like the sauna and massages, it takes some sim time to sit down and drink the tea in order for the replenishment to take place so it's not exactly the same as not having the motive deplete. And it's not possible to carry a table with the teapot around if the sim is out and about, so it's not necessarily always convenient either.

Well, you can use cheats and move the bar manually as it lowers so that it's back to full energy again. All you have to do is put testingcheatsenabled true and then use your mouse. It's not the same as energy not decaying at all but it works. :)

Oh, also, I think you can make an energy potion with the chemist table as well.

The OP said they don’t want to use cheats.
