Chapter One:
A few days after they've settled in a horse arrived at their ranch. A beautiful mare named Dream Runner. She was gift from an old buddy of Jason's. The young mare hasn't made her racing debut yet and will be given time to settle in at the ranch before it happens. Jason led Dream Runner onto the lot, turning her lose to explore.

Dream Runner explores for a bit before she is introduced to Lost Boy. She is a very timid and shy horse. Lost Boy on the other hand is quite confident and can be a little pushy. The couple believe their personalities will balance each other out and produce nice foals.

Lost Boy didn't appreciate being kept in his stall longer than normal and was getting antsy. Rosanna kept him company and he enjoyed all the attention.

After sufficient time had passed Lost Boy was released outside. He spotted Dream Runner right away and immediately went to greet her.

Lost Boy immediately took to her, grooming and smelling her right away. Dream Runner seemed to want to move away from him but Lost Boy being the pushy horse he was didn't let her. So she stood and accepted her fate. It wasn't long before she started to enjoy the grooming.

Rosanna: They get along so well!! This is so amazing!!
Jason: Haha. Be careful, I nearly dropped you.
Rosanna: Sorry! I'm just excited! We're really doing it!
Jason: We won't be for very long if you break my back. Come on let's go tend to the orchards while the horses graze. We can go for a ride together later.
