@GreenCats Thanks for this. I've been playing Sims since the beginning, but have only had a computer powerful enough to really explore Sims 3 since December. I've been playing from the beginning, adding only one EP at a time and trying to fully explore it before moving on. I've just moved my current family into a home that has the BV trait and wondered about adding it to my builds. I've learned that it doesn't seem to be possible anymore. I found a mod over at MTS, but apparently it hasn't worked in years. But at least now I know which properties to build on for it to be included.
