Looking for a house for my sim family.

So, I built a house, but I'm looking for other houses that might be better. Here's what my requirements/ideas are.

1. I own World Adventures, Island Paradise, Supernatural, Generations, Pets, Ambitions, University Life, Late Night, Showtime, as well as High End Loft Stuff, Movie Stuff, and 70s 80s 90s Stuff.
2. My Store Content owned: Stone-faced Rock Fence, Hay Now Cart, Great Grandma's Butter Churn, The Old Dried-Up Well, Playtime Rug, Color Me Chimney Base, Stack & Top, Humble Fireside Circle, Straight Lines Activity Table, Ergonomic Potty Chair, Little Grasshopper Highchair, Puzzled Toy Box, Dress Myself Dresser, Cocoon Crib, Large as Life Movie Screen, Sizzle Baby Pro Deep Fryer, Buzzer Beater Free Throw Machine, Full Interior Castle Set, One Love Rose in Vase, Wonderfully Woven Hanging Chair, MultiTab 6000, Sleek Intellect 5010 (achievement item), Haute Hacienda Dining Room Cactus Sculpture, Plant Pocket, Aromatic Decor, entire Animals Abound Playground Set, entire Tip Top Toddler Collection, entire Kids 2010 set, All free store content + EP extras (Mascot Attack, Atomic Age Pet Stuff, etc).
3. Please don't use CC or Mods unless they are from Around the Sims 3 and don't require extra mods to make them work (Changing mats, playpens, etc.)

Here's what I'm looking for:
My sim family is a couple with a sister (who has a date rn but nothing more yet anyway), 4 soon to be 5 kids (A toddler boy, set of twin girls who are almost child, and a child boy), and two full-grown big dogs.
I need enough bedrooms for the children, the sister, and the couple, as well as a guest room in case the mother/grandmother moves in; Bathrooms (some full, half, or powder room, whatever fits the layout, I prefer showers or shower+tub combos over just bathtub, need at least one I can bathe the dogs in), a decent size kitchen (my sims currently have a cafe counter instead of a coffee pot, so they can eat bagels for breakfast and drink tea or other cafe drinks.), a dining room with table big enough for large family, a living room / sitting room / family room (call it what you'd like) with space for Christmas tree & gift rug during holidays and one of the comfy lounge chairs, a art studio for the self-employed artist, a music room for the singer, and a study/office for my private investigator sim (or for whoever needs a quiet space to write books.), and a nice entryway, and a laundry room. Any extras (movie theater, library/book room, arcade, etc) can be added if you want.
There needs to be a playground area for the kids, a outdoor pool (with diving board, slide, and waterfall. Fountains are cool but not required.), a garden (can already have plants or none, your choice), space for fairy house, doghouse, and bee hive thing from supernatural, and maybe a little fire pit area. A space for a horse is optional but would be interesting. Backyard needs to be fenced in, mostly the garden. Zombies are a gardener's worst nightmare
I need at least 2-3 car garage with parking space in driveway & bicycle racks.
A front & back porch would be fun. Especially with rocking chairs. There can be pots for plants as long as they are in a fenced in area too.
It can be any amount of floors needed. Multiple staircases would be nice if it's a large house.
The land I'm playing in is Moonlight Falls, so I'd like it to look like it belongs in the land. Not too haunted, but enough for a family with Bonehilda for a maid.

I'd like it best if the house is in the Exchange or in an easy to download & add to game type format.

Post pics & links below if you know of any that will fit my ideas. I don't know what size empty lots are around Moonlight Falls though so let me know if you chose a particular spot for the house to go possibly.

Thanks!
