I have Grim's Ghastly Manor and my witch is expecting a baby. The mom is Agnes Crumplebottom.

While the family tree will show the parents, unfortunately the baby will not look like either one. But it's a fun way to get a male pregnant!

This can still happen in Sims 3. My current sim is male and he got abducted and ended up having a baby boy. No cheats or mods required. He didn't need any special clothing either. Just had an "unexpected weight gain" for a couple of days.

(Edit: He did also get the funny walk like the males get in Sims 2 when they are pregnant!)

For another cheat free way for males to have children and keep the genetics of the parents is to engineer a baby in the future if you have the Into the Future expansion. I've never tried it myself, so I don't know if males actually get pregnant or if they just grow the baby out of a test tube or something, but it is a way for two males to have a child with their genetics. Not that Sims 3 really has genetics in the same way as Sims 2, but that's a different issue.

Outside of the above, I believe you would need to use Twallan's mods or some sort of cheat as described in the other posts.

Four options I know of for male pregnancy.

- Be abducted by aliens. Carrying space rocks in your inventory increases the chances of this. You will have an alien baby, you won't be able to choose the donor, and it won't be a proper pregnancy mesh (your sim will just appear to have put on weight).

- Use Grim's Ghastly Manor from the store. I think you can chose the donor, but as with alien pregnancy it just looks like weight gain.

- Install Nraas Master Controller and use option Sim>>Basic>>Pollinate. You will need to download male pregnancy clothes if you don't want floating heads. There are some at MtS.

- Install the mod we can't talk about and set the options to allow male pregnancy. Again, you'll also need to download cc male pregnancy clothes.


If you don't care about the pregnancy and just want the baby, you can also:

- Engineer a baby in Oasis Landing if you have Into the Future.

- Install Master Controller and use the option Sim>>Intermediate>>Instant Baby. This is my usual option because I keep forgetting to install the cc clothes.

So I'm playing this legacy kinda of game, and when I started I chose the option that allows that sims (Male) to get pregnant, so I'm in this first generation and I want an only Male family, and the son got married, at first I thought that the try for a baby option would appear after the sims got married, and now the option don't show up. I try to edit it on the mirror but when I try to clic that options it says that I cannot modify that in a pre-existing sims, I tried with the testingcheats code and I couldn't do it. Do you guys know a way I can edit it so that sims can get pregnant? I'm looking for an option without cheats nor mods. Unless there's no other way I can use the mod.

@DeminNava - This thread is from many years ago and will likely get locked up by a moderator as necroposting is againt the rules here. But very quickly, what is "edit on the mirror"? Are you playing TS3 or TS4? The two games and how to proceed are very different from each other, and if you are playing TS4 this would be better discussed on that side of the forum.
