- Mod developers don't or can't usually update script mods (unlike tuning mods, those are different) without the permission of the creator and their source files. Once the mod is in downloadable form, the code has been compiled so it cannot really be dissected and edited. In this case, the developer hasn't logged into MTS for a few years so that route likely isn't going to pan out. Further complicating things is that there aren't all that many TS3 script modders out there who are still active, at least compared to when the game was still in development.
The best way to work with MTS' rule about no requests without upsetting anyone is to phrase it as a search for an up to date version of this mod or a different one that does something similar and is also up to date, in the hopes that such a thing exists, and to post it on the WCIF (Where Can I Find) board for TS3.

You could find active creators that are still around and if they are open to request, contact them about it. I've done this in the past for a couple of things and was surprised to have my wishes granted. So very thankful to those creators... But just know not everyone is open to this or whatever the request is may be beyond their skill. - Do u know where i could post to find them. This mod has been made and a challenge to go with it. It just needs to be updated and fine tuned. I posted on the forum i found it and got no response and i really would love to do it.
