My sim just completed all charisma challenges!

I'm not one to make a topic of every single thign that happens in my game, unless it's a specific question, a problem I have or just something...Quite spectacular.

I have been trying to play with more outgoing sims - most of them were kind of loners before - and an important part of that is the charisma skill. They often get level 5 - 6 and completely the knowing 25 sims challenge, sometimes also the having 20 friends one. 10 best friends? Too difficult. And my sims aren't really jokers often, either, but with an extra LTR and actually letting them make jokes, I did it:

She isn't even on the half of her 88 days, cheat-free young adult lifestage yet. (Like you can see) she also has level 9, she has 37 friends and 21 best friends.

So...Did you do anything spectacular in your game recently? Collected all gems, perhaps?
  • Nice job!

Do partial goals count? I keep getting some of my farming sims and some of those who love to cook somewhere near 100% of crop types harvested and recipes known/produced. Nothing special happens if they get there, they are just sort of personal challenges. The problem is that for years, any time any of them got even close to either one I kept springing new recipe and harvestable mods on them so it became something like two steps forward, one (or two) steps back each cycle.

My sims are starting to hate me now... :p
  • Good job! I don't think I ever managed to complete any of the targets in the game (other than skills that is).
  • Congrats, I've done all but the joke one. That is a lot of jokes to tell!
  • Congrats! I've only done that once. I usually never get the jokes one finished.

@igazor anything that's spectacular, I mean, knowing tons of recipes...Particularly when it's the goal you set yourself. Somehow, my game counts 'all the recipes' as a certain number: the amount in the base game. So with every ep or mod that adds more recipes, it becomes easier, because they learn recipes by just leveling up. All of my sims know 'all' recipes being just at level 3...

@others (I'm sorry, too lazy) I never manage the jokes goal either, but this time, I was like: I AM GOING TO DO ALL THE CHALLENGES and I literally let my sim tell the same jokes over and over again in a loop during the last 20 jokes (in fact, you can still see 2 jokes-actions being queued), with some added sometimes when she got new options because Bessie Clavell - I'm playing in good old sunset Valley - thought she was hilarious.

Congratulations! I often have my sims who are doing the WA adventures make the other three, but I've only made the comedian skill challenge twice in all of my years of playing.
  • Great job, now that's devotion! I don't think I've actually done *any* of the Charisma skill challenges haha.

It actually aren't that many jokes to tell- just use the 'funny' interactions instead of the regular friendly interactions (annoying if the sim is grumpy; use the friendly ones first) and you're there quickly.
