My sim won't go to work?

So my sim woke up in the morning and it was time for work, but unlike usual she didn't get on the carpool. When I told her to go to work she just stood there and didn't do anything. I also tried bringing her to the workplace and then getting her to work but that didn't work nor did resetting her.

Please help with this glitch.
