@Glimmersimmer1111 - Can your teens get any part time jobs at all? Some of them might have start times that conflict with the after school clubs they have now signed up for. And might you be using NRaas mods -- those can help cut through issues like this and make troubleshooting easier. Unlike other sims, teens are supposed to be able to have two "careers" at the same time, their scholastic career and optionally a part time job.
