No Map Tags Showing Up

Hi all, I didn't think my return to the Sims would also make me return to the community, but here I am regardless. My newest issue: I've been populating Greymount Bay only to be met with this:

Switching households, changing map tags and using NRaas Master Controller to reset lots have not helped. It's not damaging my gameplay too much as of right now, but I enjoy sending my sims out on the town and I'd really appreciate it if they could go anywhere outside of the salon (which isn't even clickable, tsk tsk.)
