Hiya Once you've enabled a disease in a save can you disable it with no issue? Currently I have the two minor diseases and llama pox enabled and while I imagine I could handle it with one or two...

If you don't want to cure the sims one by one (using Tagger with all sim tags switched on should make this not very painful), you could try deactivating the disease then Save As (new file name), Quit, and pull the add-on module that contains the disease out. Not sure if that will effectively "cure" all sims in town, but seems like it should. You could then not save any further on that one if things don't load up and run as expected.
