Online Dating WA Quest

Question

My sim has a quest in Egypt to take a photo of a sim for an online dating profile, problem is every time I take a photo of the sim, it does not register that I've taken a photo. It still says 0/1 photographs even though there are several of the sim in my sims's inventory. What am I doing wrong?!
I have the best camera, ask the sim to pose, take a photo of them, put the photo in my inventory and nothing. I cannot finish this quest, help!

I tried everything, and then I went on my sims phone and deleted all the pics on it, and then I was able to complete the quest

I think there's a glitch with that, because it never works like it should.  What I do is keep taking photos out of the camera until the opportunity bar becomes active.  Then I put all the ones I don't need back in the camera, because once it's active, it stays that way, and you can use it to complete the opportunity.
