I can't really pick either. Of the ones listed, I'd probably get the most use from Grandpa's Grove and Al Fresco Street Market. For me, I'm more often using pieces from the sets, rather than plopping down the actual venues. Do you have the other venues already? Some of them would be higher on my personal list, but like everything sims, it's really all about what you and your sims like to do. I skipped the library and the gym because, like GraceyManor already mentioned, I didn't see where they'd add much to my game.
