Grandpa's Grove screamed at me from this list because so many of Sims have large gardens. I miss them (I can't play TS3 on this computer anymore. :'( )
It's been forever, but I believe there is a problem with all premium content that comes with venue sets where it doesn't count toward CYS. One of the clothing sets had this issue too. They should have fixed this forever ago, and my guess is they won't bother now.
If I remember correctly, Olympian Physique has no premium content so I would leave that one for a while. I don't know if they change the sales anymore (I know for quite a while they didn't.) It is beautiful, but it annoys me when I place it. The doors that are at a 45 degree angle always "straighten" themselves and I have to remember to edit the lot to make them usable again.
