I love playing the sims 3, i love every aspect of it, and today i want you to show me what some of the proudest Community lots you've ever created are (Feel free to post exchange links if you upload your creations). Here's my list, I'll update it (either as a new post or by editing this one) if i make any new ones i really like.PATTY'S LUCKY PAWNFor the longest time my Bridgeport lacked a proper Consignment Store that was both unique and felt right at home in the city. I made several attempts, but wasn't successful until i created the Lucky Pawn. It was designed specifically to fit in with Bridgeport's aesthetics and has a color palette that compliments the nearby Waylon's Haunt. Making it fit in even more. You'll find all sorts of odds and ends inside. This place took me around 3 days to build and decorate. Alright, after two days of work, I've finally managed to create another community lot. This time a Gas Station designed to fit in with the architecture and overall Aesthetic of Starlight Shores. I will build a Bowling Alley/Arcade next ... For the lot next to the Business Tower.

OCEANVIEW TRAILER PARK

And I'm back, people! This time with my latest Starlight Shores creation. The Oceanview Trailer Park. I've been wanting to make an aesthetically pleasing, theme fitting and functional trailer park for a while now, but I never managed to succeed. Until now. This place features 5 trailers (one of which is yours), and full Late Night apartment functionality.

If you move into this place, you'll not only have a cozy little trailer, but up to 4 neighbors to keep you company. Anyway, unto to the pictures (Featuring the ever-lovable blues rock musician and trailer park admirer, Dixon Cooper):

Little update: I've reuploaded the Del Enno Gas Station and have made it a "nerd shop" as opposed to a "visitors allowed" lot. Figured it made sense, given that certain gas stations do have magazine racks at times, and I wanted the place to be usable and logical.

Edit: I updated and reuploaded The Ash Heap. It seems that I forgot to place spawners the first time around. It has roaches and broken object spawners now for that authentic junkyard feel. I also improved some color tones and added a palm at the edge to go along with the palms on the exterior of the lot's intended location.

It's set to "Junkyard with Visitors" by default, but if you want, you can also make it a "Rebel Hangout". It certainly seems like the kind of place that rebels would hang out at. I know I would.
