Here it is! For a long time, Prosperity Point was a sleepy little town by the ocean, but now lately there's been a lot of building going on and a rush of new people flooding in. Prosperity Point has a downtown with five bars, a casino, a resort and a film studio. There's a subway connecting Downtown to Uptown, where all the trendy new apartments are, and there's the original house, which residents call The Heights.
It does require Roaring Heights, and the LuckyNSOCompliliation, because I thought it needed a casino. If you don't want the casino you can always put something else there, but it still needs Roaring Heights. I hope you enjoy it.
