I wil have to see what I have to come up with the challenge. Thanks for the info.
I've got most of the interior finished of my modern and I will show it off. I also used a color palette which I usually never use.
This is the completed exterior without landscaping.
After looking at the pictures, I think I'm going to move the dishwasher and the trash compacter.

kquinn,
I think you're doing a splendid job with this one. I'm not a fan of the bold colors for an exterior, but believe me; that's just my taste. I do like how you have the colors set up on it. The carport CFE job looks really well. I'm not sure about the gold or yellow border fencing. I think you should color the stairs black to balance your colors better.
Master bedroom; Again, your colors look good and you've got a good set up. Maybe some plant life over by the bed would liven that up some.
All I can say for the rest is that you did some very good work here. I actually think this house is a step up for you. I think you discovered things about your creativity in this house. You amaze me how quickly and easily you learn and improve kquinn. Excellent job!

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'm going to arch the carport a bit. I'm also thinking of making this a series of 3 lots. 1 with a masculine feel, girly feel, then an urban feel. I have a siggy I'm trying to do now.
Also the carport now has no CFE on it. It's just a wall with tiles going across it.garbuckle3000 wrote:
kquinn: There are indeed half walls in the patch (according to peeps at TSS, who have installed it) :)
There are also round pools and fountains :)
So it's not a total bummer for those without Late Night.
I saw them there, I will have to fool around with it. At first for some reason I thought you could not paint them, but then when I was going to sleep last night; I realized I had no paint on the walls to do it. :D I was that tired that I did not realize I had no paint on the walls to CAS.ChicagoStorm wrote:
Kquinn~ Love the consistency with the turquoise. I think the first set of wall colors are nice, but a pattern could be incorporated

kquinn,
I like your carport the way it is. If you want to try arching them, remember that if you can't get them all evenly arched, it's not going to look right. What's the old saying "If something works, don't fix it".
I think that's funny; especially since garbuckle did the same thing I can see from his post below yours.
