Noah grooming Princess outside, while in the barn, Annie grooms her champion akhal-teke, Orion, Princess' sire, and Spencer grooms Belle, Annie's Clydesdale, Princess' dam.

The youngest member of the Gould family, animal-loving Eliza, goes out to see the horses as often as she can. Even as a toddler, she would go into the pasture to watch them running through the race training posts. She wants to be best friends with all of them.

Most days, Annie does all the care for her horses herself, after Spencer and the children leave for work and school. She's with Princess here.

Eliza will even go out at night to see the horses after supper.

Even when Eliza goes outside to make a snowman, she'll most often do it in the horses' pasture. Besides for this one in front of their watering trough, she also made two right in front of the barn door the horses use.

Before Noah was born, Annie and Spencer used to go for long horseback rides together every Saturday morning.

Annie and Orion just got home from winning two advanced racing competitions. They've won every race they've ever entered. They didn't start racing until they'd won many show jumping and cross country events, so they were both at level 10 of the skills before they entered their first race. Orion takes the lead early, and never lets go of it.
