Sims 3 64 bit issues
There are so many issues that need fixing, can you please resolve as many people have reported it. * Eyelashes. *Shadows *sims looking low quality even on max settings. Please fix

If they are talking about issues with the 64bit version of the game, that's a mac thing. not a windows thing. So microsoft can't do anything about that. What is a known issue with the game is that every time the GPU gets a driver update, the game gets confused and defaults back to lowest settings. As far as i know you never had to change the overrides in graphicsrules after a update but maybe that changed.
