Sims 3 camera - rotate without using the keyboard?

I use my
Mouse by right clicking(or holding down the mouse wheel can’t remember which)and moving the direction I want to go.I also believe there are arrows in-game near the arrows you click to go up or down but I could be wrong

If you're using a mouse, hold down the middle mouse button and move the mouse around. This rotates in any direction you want, not just a simple rotation left or right, so it may take a bit of finesse to keep the angle where you want it.
