@MightyLitLHero Yes, you can. I would suggest using the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com ) rather than the EA App itself. Sign into the site using the same email address and password you use for other EA sites, scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Register a Game," and enter the CD key for your base game. Repeat for each pack. The content should show on the Store site and in the EA App, allowing you to install from the App (if you ever want to) and download Store content.
