I need to install a routing mod (which I just searched to find out was a thing) -- I had this issue where every time my kids/teens went to school, I would get the message that they were skipping school within an hour. Finally I looked over at the school and discovered that there were too many kids/teens for them to efficiently get inside and so every single kid and teen in the town is forced to skip school because the "go to school" action times out.
My sim Lena rolled a wish to meet all her coworkers. Suddenly her sister Barbara is her coworker. Except Barbara was unemployed and Lena is level 4 in the business career. It must me that the game needed to assign somebody to be Lena's coworker and by some chance it ended up Barbara -- very weird.
Once I had two sims (one in active household and one guest) woohoo in the shower because for some reason they weren't woohooing on the bed (even though it was a double bed so idk why it wasn't working). My sim then got an insulted moodlet from "rude guest" and scolded her! Oh, and more recently I had a couple sims (both active household this time) woohoo and for some reason they walked PAST the bed and decided to do that in the wardrobe.
