My new family of sims just had their first baby. Mom was in need of of serious skill building, so she was going to spend some time at the library. Dad was in rough shape going to bed and needed a few things (toilet, shower) before going to work. The baby was in dire need of attention (dirty diaper, lonely, hungry) but sleeping. Mom called a babysitter before she left so Dad could get his stuff done. The babysitter arrived and did some stuff to the baby (changed diaper) then announce she had someplace to be and left, just as Dad was heading out the door to go to work. Another babysitter had to be called and the same one showed up again.
