Sims 3 Q

So, I have purchased EVERY single Sims 3 game possible, (and every other iteration on the Sims franchise) and was thinking of downloading them to my Mac so I could play that as a break from TS4, HOWEVER, Origin is stating I do not have ALL the Expansion Packs or Stuff packs even though I had purchased them all and registered them all on my origin account. Is there anyway I can get back the games I paid for without having to pay for these all over again?

    I think the best thing you can do is speak with customer support. They can look into your account and if they find that you do own the games they can place them back in your library.

  • It happened to me when I installed my games on my new computer. I chatted with ea customer support and they guided me through the steps to get them back.
  • On a side note as well, when I go onto my account history from Origin, it goes all the way back to 2009 and just states Placeholder, doesn't confirm what is on each order. Surely, this is not my fault and I should be entitled to play the games I purchased?
