You have EPs which are expansion packs and stuff packs which contain...well...lots of stuff to beautify your sims' homes or add vehicles or stuff like that (building stuff). Katy Perry's Sweet Treats was a limited time stuff pack that was done in collaboration with Katy Perry and it contains a whole bunch of sugary sweet decorations to litter your lot with.
The game tells you what packs you don't own. And of course, now that EA no longer has that collaboration agreement they can no longer sell the stuff pack through EA App/Origin. It seems the only place where you can get KPST is through either Amazon or eBay.
Unfortunately, I don't have Stiff As a Board, Light as a Feather...
Another item you might find of use is Lord Vladimir's Conjuring Cauldron. It's a lot of fun if you have supernatural sims...even non-Supernatural sims can use it. Although don't use it too much at one go or your poor sim might end up like Haruo here.

I fully understand the types of packs in Sims 4, but do not yet fully understand the types of packs in Sims 3, yet. I bought the "complete" collection at Steam and then found out that it was not "complete". It did not even include the base game. LOL. Thanks for explaining! I still have some things to purchase to round out my "complete" collection. I am not into clutter, but I LOVE functional objects. I will check out the cauldron. Thanks! - PalmArrow2 years agoSeasoned Ace@Katofhyrule12 , take a look at this thread if you haven't seen it before:

Basically, if you need and like kids ' stuff, there is a way to get sets worth thousands of points from the store by spending only a few hundreds. But you have to do it in the exact order described in the first post, by using complete-a-set to get the Animals Abound Playground. I did it and it worked! - Katofhyrule122 years agoSeasoned Ace

It worked. I got all that stuff for less than 500 points!
So there are more cascades? These might still work?

https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/866448/daily-deal-dd-2018-rotation-list-and-sales-help/p1
It's updated pretty much every day. It's worth reading all the info on the first page and keeping an eye on the tracker spreadsheet linked there as you can make your Sim points go way further. I got Sunlit Tides (the world) for something like half price! I think that's the only world that is on the daily deal but so much of the other store content is there! - PalmArrow2 years agoSeasoned Ace@Katofhyrule12 , I think they will all still work! As far as I know, the only thing that has changed in the Store is that the weekly sales used to change every week, and now they are always the same offers.
- PalmArrow2 years agoSeasoned Ace@FreddyFox1234 mentioning that Sunlit Tides is the only world that appears in the Daily Deals reminded me of another useful store quirk: Barnacle Bay will sometimes randomly be available to some people for free. It happened to me too! Discussed here:

- Katofhyrule122 years agoSeasoned AceI found the daily deal this morning, eventually landing there after clicking through threads that linked to threads.
I have enough points to waste on experimenting, but I still do not totally understand something about all this. I have no idea what the spreadsheet is about.
Somehow I have Barnacle Bay. I bought a combination pack at EA, and ... I am a bit confused about what I bought. After I bought the "complete" pack and base game at Steam, I bought some stuff at EA, including a combination pack, and I thought I finally had it all. Then I found out that there was more at the store and that what I bought at EA came with some points for the store. It is all so confusing.
I have Riverview, Monte Vista, Hidden Springs, and Dragon Valley listed as "free". Barnacle Bay is not listed as free, but I can download it. - FreddyFox12342 years agoSeasoned Ace

Yeah, it is all quite complicated when you’re new to it. I don’t know what you got on Steam but I guess it may have been the base game plus all the expansions and stuff packs except for the Katy Perry one (which I don’t think you can get any more). You probably know there are no game packs or kits like in Sims 4, but instead there is the Store to buy extra content using Sim Points, including more worlds, venues, BB and CAS, plus the exchange (like an earlier form of TS4 gallery). So there is loads of content on the Store but it’s pretty expensive at full price and Points get used up quickly if you don’t make the most of deals etc. You can buy more Points, but they cost a lot.
The Daily Deal rotation thread has loads of info on page 1 about how to make the most of your Sim Points, but it is a lot to take in and I had to read it over and over again to get the hang of what I wanted to know. Basically, every single day a number of Store items are on sale at a reduced price, each one for a limited number of hours only (2 or 3 hours, I can’t remember which). I think most (but definitely not all) the Store content is included in these deals, which rotate in a rotation that has been fixed since around 2014, so some very kind Simmers have worked out when exactly (day and precise time according to your region in the world) particular items will be on sale, and for how much, and they keep this list updated almost every day in the Daily Deal rotation thread, and also for the coming months on the spreadsheet so that you can plan ahead for upcoming deals. A lot of the items are included in the rotation multiple times but with a different reduction each time, so the colour coding on the spreadsheet shows you which is the best deal (I think green is the best and red is the worst). So I was tracking Sunlit Tides a while back and found when it would next be at its cheapest, and at a time when I was actually awake and not in the middle of the night (!), and then I bought it. It’s a great way to get more Store content for your Points.
You can also use Make Me An Offer on the Store to get reduced price content.
Sorry if you already know a lot of this already, or if this makes things more confusing than they were already! But hopefully something here might help a little, and hopefully you’ll get yourself some really good deals!
