So this is only a smaller patch right? Nothing like better performance or less crashes/lags in some Cities, right?

    Nope. Same lag issues while scrolling as before the patch.

    Performance has not changed, It's sad but true...

      @Gjafar  This update wasn't supposed to fix any performance issues.  The only change was that the game now starts correctly on the Intel processors that used to need the Alder Lake workaround.
