Yesterday I got a new laptop, an asus notebook or something, and I immediately downloaded origin. On my old laptop I played Sims 3 and my many many expansion packs all the time it just crashed caused it wasn't a gaming computer. So, my problem? Well when I went onto Origin and into the "My Games" section to download my sims games, only the Sims 3 and the Sims 4 and the Sims 4 demo showed up. I downloaded all of my EPs through Origin on my old computer and even used Origin on another computer too and the EPs always showed up in my origin then! I looked in my email and got the product codes to re-register them but it says "these codes have already been used". Also, I have not changed my Origin account info at all its the same one I've used since I started sims 3. Help please??? I don't understand why the games I bought on Origin through that account aren't showing up to be downloaded?? I'm currently installing my sims 3 base game.

Look under the TS3 base game icon in Origin. A recent update moved the EPs/SPs "under" (inside of) that. Perhaps right-clicking or hitting the "i" button will reveal them?

Look under the TS3 base game icon in Origin. A recent update moved the EPs/SPs "under" (inside of) that. Perhaps right-clicking or hitting the "i" button will reveal them?

Urgh I had the same problem today so I am sooo grateful for this info. Only downside I have now is before I can download my expansions I need to update the game software and that will take forever :( because my internet was throttled today. Thank you @igazor for the info :P

hi can anyone help me because i have purchased my sims 4 get to work extension pack and i have clicked the "i" when i hover over my game but its not in my library please help me i would really appreciate it.
