Sims Physical Discs

Can someone help me out? 

I have asked EA support for help but they are refusing to help in any way . I have a TON of sims 3 discs- all of them have the codes but when I went to the EA to redeem them- it says that the code is "invaild" but when I download them on my old PC they work and the codes are fine.  I have tried looking for other codes but they also say invaild. I can 't really play on my old PC because it doesn't 100% work. 

does anyone else have solutions or are also having trouble?

    Lee_Soell​  You could buy an external disc drive.  Then you'd be able to install the game on your newer computer and not worry about the EA App.

    As for customer support, what messages are you getting?  Did you provide photos showing the discs and product codes?  A support rep may be able to give you some info about the codes, for example that they've already been redeemed.
