Sims3 Please answer the refund process
I bought Sims 3 and didn't play the game.
I immediately applied for a refund. I bought 5 expansion packs, 4 new ones are currently registered to the account 'My Case', and 1 refund completed.

If you check your order history here, what is the status showing for that purchase?
It looks like the refund requests are still processing, so I would just keep an eye out for those to complete at the link above.
Once a request is complete, it can take up to 5 - 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, just depending on the bank.
