Sky seems to be... jerking? Twitching? Looping?

Weird question, but the night sky in my sims game is acting really weird. I guess "looping" is the best way to describe it? The stars move a little, jump back, move again, repeat. I took a short little video of it happening:

Has anyone seen this before? Do you know why it's happening?

    Do you by chance have NRaas Relativity in play? There could be another cause I suppose, but what I am seeing in that short video is a known side-effect of the way in which the mod works with time.

    Oh, yup I sure do! That would explain it. I didn't even think to check the Relativity FAQ for this. Thank you very much! I guess I'll just have to accept it does that, because the game is so much better with Relativity in play.
