Smooth patch is not working ( again )

I need help with Smooth Patch again... so I had removed the Lazy Duchess Master Controller, but later I thought for a moment: would it work now? (I had removed the Lazy Duchess Master Controller because Smooth Patch didn't work in CAS but did without it) so I put it back (big mistake) because it still didn't work, so I removed it, and now Smooth Patch doesn't work at all in CAS anymore.... I've already reinstalled the game and re-downloaded all the Smooth Patch files (without success) so yeah, I don't know what else I can do...
