Another thing I did was to use a 30x30 lot to build a Supernatural Park which had a garden and I built a toilet block. And added a picnic table, a fairy house, the fountain of youth (from Hidden Springs world), the Arboretum, Gypsy Caravan and Vault of Antiquity to the lot.

I place it into any world and I've got all the supernatural rabbit holes together. It is in my studio and was built long before I started adding mods or custom content to my game.
If you do have the Fountain of Youth you will need to replace it when you first place this lot. I've got that fountain on several lots I've built over the years and I find it never works when I first place the lot. So the routine is to place the lot into a world and then edit it to replace the Fountain of Youth.
This is the link to my build just in case you might be interested.

Thank you.
If your custom content is in the form on .Sims3Pack files then they go into the downloads folder and can be installed using the launcher. But make sure they are not corrupt. I tend to extract the .package file format any .Sims3Pack files to reduce the chance of them messing up my game.
If you have the custom content in .package file format then they go into the Packages folder that is inside your Mods folder. If you don't have a Mods folder you'll need to set one up first. I think the structure and text file you need to add to it are available on the NRAAS site. Probably on other sites such as Mod the Sims as well. - texxx785 years agoSeasoned Ace

Thank you so much :) - CAPTAIN_NXR75 years agoLegend@texxx78
For next time: The reason you couldn’t find the caravan under community lots is because the caravan is a community object. You should be able to find community objects next to the basement section in build mode:
