Hey @pri4321 That PC on Newegg you link is very good. If you are just going to play Sims 3, the amount of Vram will be fine. Even that video card is already overkill for Sims 3 and 4.
Only problem is that I'm afraid that the pc may have a low quality power supply, because usually prebuilts come will a low quality power supply and it's safer not to go cheap on those.
And I would only start worrying about that video card ram count if you play higher resolution or demanding games.
