ive paid for the sunlit tides, installed sims 3 on another disk, installed it but no sunlit tides, try to download the new world from the Purchase History Page of the Sims 3 website (store.thesims3.com) but somehow it ask me the id and password like hundred times, it wont download the Sunlit Tides.. Can someone help me plse
Sayange Please try a different browser, for example Firefox works well with the Store. The browser should not have any pop-up blockers or other utilities installed.
If that doesn't help, please move or rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open the launcher to create a new folder, and try again. Doing this will remove, but not delete, your saves and other user data, all of which can be restored later.
