Hello :) I have another build for the Orient Express Community Collaboration to share. It's an Italian farm made for an island outside the Venice area of the world. It sits adjacent an olive grove that's on the world lot, hence the name. It would be suitable for other places, too, for instance, Monte Vista.*

A couple notes:
- The garden/vineyard area has buydebug plants, including quite a few grapes for nectar making, and just a few other fruits and vegetables. There is quite a bit of garden space left open to be used however you prefer.
- I included on the upload a list of the Store premium content used and think I should mention that I also used a couple of the garden plants from the Bohemian Garden set, which are classified as premium content, too, although I wasn't thinking of them that way. I believe the game will simply replace them with other plants for someone who doesn't have them.
- Its location in the intended world doesn't have immediate road access, so I didn't include much accommodation for vehicles but did hide a parking space under the horizontal landscaping rock at the front of the garden and there are two bicycle racks elsewhere.
* (3/1/20) Edited to add: I decided to take a little break from building and play a bit and so placed L'Oliveto in Monte Vista with some sims and discovered that what looked like really subtle terrain paint in the Orient Express World is too dark and messy in Monte Vista. If you put it there, you might want to use the eraser tool a bit and/or go over it with something a bit lighter.
