1. This is a Sims 3
only gift exchange ~
NO Sims 4 gifts allowed.
2. Join this gift exchange by posting a letter (see the next post for the form letter that
must be used!).

No custom content is allowed. All gifts will be custard checked, no exceptions.
If you would like to know how to start a clean, no CC game please refer to the FAQs post.
4. Keep your Buddy Name a secret once you receive your name via private message. No names will be posted to the Sims 3 My Pages nor will they be emailed.
5. Follow the check-in dates!
6. You must make at least one
homemade gift for your Buddy.
This is not something that is bought from the Sims 3 store.
6b. Gift Guideline:
*If making one gift, build something for your Buddy.
*If making more than one gift (not required!), gift one a day maximum.
One gift must be a build, but the rest can be additional builds and/or sims and/or pets.
Six days of gifting means the maximum number of gifts that could be made is six.
The focus should be on making thoughtful, useful gifts for your Buddy!
7. When a gift is being given, please post a message in the main thread! This message must include your Buddy name, gift number (very helpful to Buddy & host!) as well as a link to the studio upload and screenshots showing off the gift.
It’s best to put the screenshots inside of a spoiler tag to prevent page jumping as pictures load and to help with page loading times.

8. You must gift and be gifted. This is a gift exchange and every Buddy will receive a homemade gift.
9. Please remember that Buddy Letters give suggestions for gift-making and are not a checklist of what will be received during gifting time.
10. No rude or mean behavior will be tolerated. If seen, I
will remove you at my discretion. We are here to have fun and enjoy one another’s company!
11. Do
not sign up if you can’t follow through! Pay careful attention to rules 12 and 16!!!
12. If anything comes up (ex: personal, computer problems, etc.), please let me know
ASAP so arrangements can be made and your Buddy gets a gift. This gift does not exempt you from your requirement of making at least one homemade gift. Depending upon the circumstances, you might or might not be allowed to participate in the next gift exchange.
13. If you get a new store item or addition to your game, please edit your Buddy letter and post in the thread that you have made changes. Those items might or might not be used in your gift, but the more details you provide will help the gift become truly personalized!
14. Please check the main thread often in case there is anything you need to know or to see if your Buddy has posted a gift for you!
15. If quoting, please remove the image before commenting.
16. If you had signed up for a previous gift exchange and didn’t give a homemade gift, you will
not be paired up in this exchange. Sorry,
no exceptions!
17. If you download or add a gift (any gift!) to your favorites list, please press Recommend It.
18. Each Buddy took time and effort to make their gift so please take the time to compliment their creations. Your kind words are a gift to them!
