500.000 sounds like a lit at first, but you plan many generations, and if those money are for building community lots, too, it might become quite tricky sooner than one should think.

The only time a cheat is used is from the start. that is the money that every Gen is going to come from. It is up to the gen before them to leave them better off then before.

IE. Gen One Builds the house the moneys left over is given to the children of gen one. it is now up to gen 2 to either spend all the money that was left to them or build a lot to help advance the family. (Store or Service lot which would produce income for further gens.)

Either way every gen has to leave something behind.
