The rules state that you can't but due to so many issues with homeless sims disappearing when I'm trying to get them married to mine I add 1-2 starter/cheaper (under 30k) houses per earned lot. Since I use nraas when I get the so and so is trying to move in together because they are married but can't I plop down a really big nonstarter house for the bigger families

Technically you can but it would make the game much shorter. It is suggested you only earn 2-3 lots per generation so make sure your heir earns 1 of the 2-3 because the heir must leave something behind.

Correct you can build one get one out of the bin off the exchange it's all up to you.

Yes you can I've done it before. I'm not sure if the adopted child can be heir I think so but I'm not 100% sure I'll check with Mr Jenkins to find out

@SimbulHatake Many many many people have used that house for this game I've used it twice myself. It's wonderful for this challenge especially if you plan on having a lot of kids
