The Adam And Eve Challenge

If you look for the boots (I think it's daytime night time boots or something like that) and a picture of a vampire lady in the installed section of your game launcher and uninstall those items it should get rid of the problem. I've had that happen. They sneak in on some CC and most people don't even realize. I've pretty much stopped getting exchange items (mostly because I've been falling in love with my sims born in my games lately), but I'm always making sure those items are not present when I do use the exchange.
