Edit: This is my first attempt at a legacy challenge... I've read the rules and so far has been good its just this one question! :)
The point is for the founder to have humble beginnings and cheating to add simoleons to the household is a no-no. But receiving a wedding present during in-game play isn't cheating, so I'd just look at it as a lucky windfall!
