DAY TWO
Since it was a school-free day, Corrine decided to spend her Saturday over at the beach, where she roasted marshmellows and later solved some equations in her notebook. It felt like the perfect time for her to do her homework.

There were many other people at the beach, but she found herself a nice and quiet spot. A place where she wouldn't be bothered.

Meanwhile, her big brother Brant was over at the central park, hoping to grab a quick snack from one of the festival vendors. He was low on money, lacked a job, and sucked at cooking. For him, this seemed like the most practical way to get food.

Brant bought his food, sat down and began eating, but then, his lunch had taken an unexpected twist. A woman sat down by the bench across from him, and then two engaged in conversation.

The woman had a visible ring on her finger, but Brant decided to flirt with her anyway. She wasn't overly pleased. Meanwhile, Corrine was returning home from the beach, just as the rain begun to pour. She came home as wet as a fish, took a bath and headed off to sleep.
