The Sims 3 Too Dark/Too Much Contrast on Cloud Computer

Hey there! I am using Shadow Tech's Shadow cloud computer to play all of my games because I have a MacBook Air. I really love The Sims 3, but I haven't been able to play it because the colors are way too dark and there's way too much contrast going on. I think it is only doing this because the desktop is being streamed to my laptop (it looks kind of like how taking screenshots would look), but it really bothers me. I haven't seen anyone actually talk about this, so I was wondering if anyone knew a fix to this? I'm attaching screenshots of the game (and no, it's not contrasty because I am taking a screenshot of the virtual computer screen on my Mac) below. Thank you if you could help!

  • When I get home I will definitely check that out. I should be home by Monday (family emergency so we are out of town). Thank you!
  • I've never used Shadow Tech gaming, and there's not a lot of documentation on the company site. But it does list the default configuration as using an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 or Quadro P5000. So depending on how much control you have locally on your computer, you might be able to enable certain Nvidia Freestyle filters to change the brightness, contrast, etc. (This is just speculation on my part.)

Do you have any GeForce Experience settings or interface available? Are there any other Nvidia-related settings within the app? If you're not sure what you're looking at, please post a couple of screenshots.
