The TS4 Tropical Pack - Is it enough to tempt you away from TS3?

I plan to order the pack on my next paycheck. I love the tropics, I love mermaids, and I love that they put in a clean up the beaches thing. I don't often play the Sims 4, but this is content I want to see more of.
