I did try to write it funny and explaining the teens yet again, to try to make them more clearly seen as they are meant to be. :)

Yes sleep is important! Do you nap? we love naps over here! The lack of sleep isn't healthy at all for proper mind and body!!! Hubby says he has mastered Naps! so I shouldn't worry about him! :D
PS: No it's not Ayden! LOL I often wonder if beautiful Tristan and Emelie are really his! hahaha
