325 The Watcher Watches: Rainflower's House ~~ Klaatu's Job ~~






Klaatu speaks with Branch about her job offer as Rainflower's housekeeper. She thinks of him as her clever, helpful, skilled, friend.

"Branch, my Fri3nd, Farewell 4 now. I will clean at Rainflower's house." she says, with much improvement in her speech.
"Wait a minute Klaatu. Ah, You are such a Good robot!" He hugs her and flips the switch that will alert him, if she ever needs repairs.
And then thinks for a minute, smiling mischievously, and pushes a button which activates 'enhanced emotions'! Well he is a clever fairy and a bit of a trickster at times when he is feeling curious!
"Enhanced Emotions Activated." says Klaatu.

"Klaatu, If you ever are asked by my old friend Grimmy, to jump into a grave, please offer him one of these flowers. They are his very favorite." says Branch, gifting Klaatu several of his prized deathflowers from his garden.
"Thank you, Branch. I will remember the flower 4 Grim.'' says Klaatu, and moved by that thoughtfulness, suddenly feels a strong fondness for Branch.
She heads to the House of Love, to her new job.

Oh dear! Klaatu's human form didn't camouflage her robot self, as Rainflower had suggested it might. Too bad! No one likes a Simbot at first glance.
Klaatu tries again, approaching Annalove, and this time she is accepted.
Annalove must have remembered that they had made friends at the festival, after all! lol

Mara, a teen who boards here, ever since her parents went off on an adventure to strike it rich, comes home and is freaked out seeing Klaatu. But then decides she is too hungry to continue being rude, and heads to make a meal.

OMG He still has the 'got in trouble' moodlet from so so long ago!
Well surely he has learned his lesson by now, poor kid! Watcher removes it.
He now has a chance to shine---or not, as he chooses.

Vance is hard at work at the consignment store. Oops, I mean, Watching TV with Branch and Dayvid. hahaha.
OH! My mistake! He retired himself from the cash register specialist job! I guess that happens when this house became my active household!

I see Mara & Peanut are still friends with Benefits. She likes him 65%. She likes Vance 100%. Rainflower 43% and Annalove 23%. Vance likes everyone in the household near 100%. What a friendly fellow! Probably because he talks so much! ?
Well I'll leave the teens alone and see if they want to up their 'like' of each other, or get any wishes.
Mara falls asleep, dreaming of Peanut. So I guess this is her room.

She has the highest like % to him, of all in this household. And she gets in his bed fully clothed. LOL

Vance finds Klaatu in the morning and they joke around. Vance gets to know her better, and asks her to tell him the emotions she has experienced so far.
"I have experienced emotions sad, happy, curious, fondness, and desire to learn."

She then excuses herself to 'empty waste' which she does on the toilet. She eats scrap so there is waste. Her hygiene is locked so she never needs to shower, but she likes to wash her hands, which won't cause a short in her circuits, because they are waterproof.

As the kids go off to school, He decides to put the food away so Klaatu will have less to do, and maybe spend more time talking with him. Listening to him talk! ?

So Klaatu has to fix it, then mop the floor, and then she decides to upgrade it to unbreakable! Good robot!

"I like science, Vance."

"Tell me Klaatu, do you like the idea of you and I becoming closer? Are you capable of romance?" asks Vance.
"Negative Vance. 3RROR initiated at festival, when I attempted to choose a kiss.'' says Klaatu. New Analysis shows 'Enhanced Feelings' Activated." admits Klaatu.
"Oh! Well that must be good. Why don't we go out together?"
"Affirmative Vance, I desire to learn at the science center." says Klaatu.
"Ah! Very good, Klaatu!" agrees Vance.
