Peanut has a plan! He is reading a book titled 'How to make Gold!' He is going to tell Mara all about it, when he is finished reading.
He has learned her LTW is Living In Luxury! This will surely impress her!
If he can learn how to make Gold, surely that will help them to live in luxury!
Then she might love Him, above all others, the very best of all!

She's been attracted to her friend, Peanut, ever since Zack decided he didn't love her after all. Peanut has been her comfort ever since.
