I thinks it's disinterest . I'm still trying to figure out the gender preference %. I am pretty sure that any positive number will make a heterosexual, even 1. S And negative numbers in both genders will make an asexual. So Klaatu can respond to Vance but she won't ever initiate a flirt, until she gets to (positive) 1%.

Oh Mara can probably give advanced classes on Feeling the love. She has been very demonstrative ever since she aged up to teen. She loved Zack immediately at her birthday party, and was speaking of red hearts to him 15 mins after blowing out the birthday candles. It was sad to me when he then fell out of love with her. I'm glad it's working out so well with Peanut.
