Ohhh! I think Only the police that we never see, frown on such matters such as woo. They are probably just mad that they can't go out there, is my suspicion! :D I've noticed when my sims have visited the police station together, or the city hall, they have the option to woo in the Mayor's chambers and get in trouble! :D
