To anyone following along... I annihilated all of the tourist data (they are just copies of the "real" sims), deleted a house that I furnished with cc, and deleted a few community lots around the town that I wasn't using. I have now noticed an immediate change. I have been able to go in and out of CAS and Buy/Build mode without any crashes. Of course, I have also been very careful of the time spent in each. I changed my Saver alarm to every 15 minutes (real time), and have been able to save at least 4 times per session (I have not attempted any more than this). Very happy simmer here :smiley:
